Account Setup
Set up a practitioner dispensary
Step 1: When setting up a practitioner account, select ‘Practitioner’ as shown in the screenshot. Please note that the full features of Cura x Cura are exclusively available for Practitioner accounts. The full features of Cura x Cura include:
- Creating patient profiles
- Ordering for patients
- No sales tax with a valid seller’s permit
- Access to wholesale pricing
Step 2: Enter your first and last name as it appears on your license. Then, provide your dispensary name, which can be your practice name or any preferred online dispensary name. Note that your dispensary name will be used on the invoice, packing slip, and packaging label for customized formulas. If you prefer not to customize it, you may simply use your first and last name. The dispensary name can be changed at any time. Next, enter your contact number. Finally, review our Terms of Service and Privacy Statement, and confirm that you have read and understood them.Optional: You may choose to subscribe to news and offers from Cura x Cura. If not, leave the checkbox blank.
Step 3: You can either enter your license information now or skip it and provide it later. If you choose to enter your license information, select the license type and provide the number, state, and expiration date. Please note that full access to Cura x Cura features is available only to Practitioner accounts upon approval of their license information. Approval may take 1–3 business days after the license information is uploaded.
Step 4 (Optional): You may provide your seller’s permit information for tax exemption. This ensures that sales tax will not be charged at the time of purchase. If we do not have your seller’s permit information on file, sales tax will be applied at the end of the year.
Step 5: Enter your required Cura x Cura login credentials, including your email and password. Alternatively, you can log in using your Google account. If you do not receive the verification email, check your email account’s Spam folder. If you still cannot find the email, please reach out to us at support@curaxcura.com or through our live chat.After creating an account, you will receive an email with a link to verify and activate your Cura x Cura account.
Set up a student dispensary
Step 1: When setting up a student account, select ‘Student’ as shown in the screenshot. Please note that the full features of Cura x Cura are exclusively available for Practitioner accounts. The full features of Cura x Cura include:
- Creating patient profiles (not available for students)
- Ordering for patients (not available for students)
- No sales tax with a valid seller’s permit (not available for students)
- Access to wholesale pricing
Step 2: Enter your first and last name as it appears on your school identification. Then, provide your dispensary name, which can be your future practice name or any preferred online dispensary name. Note that your dispensary name will be used on the invoice, packing slip, and packaging label for customized formulas. If you prefer not to customize it, you may simply use your first and last name. The dispensary name can be changed at any time. Next, enter your contact number. Finally, review our Terms of Service and Privacy Statement, and confirm that you have read and understood them.Optional: You may choose to subscribe to news and offers from Cura x Cura. If not, simply leave the checkbox blank.
Step 3: Enter your school information including name, your student ID number, state, and expected graduation date.
Step 4: Enter your required Cura x Cura login credentials, including your email and password. Alternatively, you can log in using your Google account.
After creating an account, you will receive an email with a link to verify and activate your Cura x Cura account. If you do not receive the verification email, check your email account’s Spam folder.
