For our customized formula orders, please note that these special blends are uniquely crafted just for you. Because of their personalized nature, we are unable to cancel or accept returns once the processing begins. We hope you love your custom mix as much as we enjoyed creating it for you!

When it comes to patent herbs orders, we understand that sometimes plans change. You are welcome to cancel these orders before they are shipped. However, once the products are on their way to you, we can no longer process cancellations. To make things easy, remember that orders placed before 3:00 pm PST are shipped out the same business day. If you place your order over the weekend or on a holiday, we will process and ship it the next business day. While we cannot accept returns, we’re here to help if your items arrive damaged.
