How to Use Cura x Cura
How do I start using Cura x Cura?
Cura x Cura is only available to use for integrative medicine practitioners, acupuncturists, herbologists, and Oriental Medicine students. You first would need to create a practitioner account. Go to our Create Account page and fill in all the required details. We will ask for your license information and school information.
How long does it take for my account to get approved?
Upon uploading your practitioner license information, it would take one to three business days for the Cura x Cura team to review and approve your account.
When do I get to experience the full features of Cura x Cura?
Full features of Cura x Cura will be available once your account has been approved by the Cura x Cura team.
For student accounts, you can upload your license via “My Account”. Upon approval, your account will be upgraded to a practitioner account, granting you access to all features of Cura x Cura, including the ability to order herbs for your patients.
What are the full features of Cura x Cura?
The full features of Cura x Cura include:
- Creating patient profiles (not available for student accounts)
- Ordering for patients (not available for student accounts)
- No Sales Tax with a valid seller’s permit (not available for student accounts)
- Access to wholesale pricing
- Ability to build customized herbal formulas
- Access to an extensive selection of patent herbs
Do my patients need to create an account for purchasing?
No. After checking out patients during their regular office visits, practitioners can place an order for their patients with direct shipping on Cura x Cura. Please note Cura x Cura doesn’t determine the prices you charge your patients.
If I have multiple discount codes, can I use all of them in one purchase?
No. Since Cura x Cura provides a lot of opportunities to their users to have discounts, only one discount code can be used per order.
Do I get charged on sales tax?
For practitioners: No, you won’t be charged sales tax at the time of purchase. However, if we don’t have your seller’s permit information on file, sales tax will be applied at the end of the year.
For students: Yes, sales tax will be applied based on your shipping destination.
Patent Herbs
When do I get to see the prices of all the patent herbs in Cura x Cura?
You will get to see all the patent herb prices after your account has been approved by the Cura x Cura team within one to two business days after you create your account.
Can I order patent herbs and customized herbs for a patient in a single purchase?
Yes, you can include both patent and customized herbs in a single order. However, please note that customized formulas will require additional processing time. For details on processing and delivery times, please refer to the Shipping Policy page.
Can I order patent herbs without an assigned patient?
Yes, you can order patent herbs without assigned patients. By default, the order will be shipped to the address provided under your account
Do I get additional discounts if I do bulk orders?
Yes, Cura x Cura welcomes bulk orders from clinics or schools with regular purchasing needs. Please Contact Us to discuss the cases
What is the return and cancellation policy for patent herb orders?

What information do you require for patient profile?
We only required you to provide your patient’s name. A delivery address is required if you want the order shipped directly to your patient. Email and phone numbers are not necessary.

At checkout, if you choose the “Dropship Order” option for your order, your patient will not see the price you paid. This option is automatically selected for patient orders to ensure privacy and prevent pricing details from being disclosed to the patient.
Can I hide the ingredient details on the product label?
Yes, you have the option to hide only the percentages/weight of each ingredient on the product label. If you do not choose to hide this information, the label will automatically display each ingredient’s name, its actual weight, and its percentage. Under the Dietary Supplement Health and Education Act (DSHEA), Cura x Cura cannot conceal individual ingredient names from your order.
